Nataliia Sozonik, President
Nataliia Sozonik serves as the President of Model Kids Academy Inc.. She leads the organization’s strategic vision, overseeing the development and coordination of educational programs in arts and modeling for youth in the Sacramento area. Nataliia is responsible for high-level decision-making and fostering community partnerships to drive the academy's public benefit mission
Anna Kaminska,
Vice President & Treasurer
Anna Kaminska holds the dual role of Vice President and Treasurer. She manages the corporation’s financial health, ensuring transparency and accountability in the use of resources to support the academy’s educational goals. Anna oversees the operational budget and financial reporting, playing a vital role in maintaining the organization’s long-term sustainability as a nonprofit entity.
Ekaterina Tretiak, Secretary
Ekaterina Tretiak serves as the Secretary of the Board. She is responsible for maintaining the corporation’s official records, including meeting minutes and corporate bylaws. Ekaterina ensures that all board actions comply with the organization’s governing documents and California’s nonprofit regulations, providing the structural foundation for the academy’s governance
